RE: NOTICE OF PROPOSED BUYBACK OFFER OF T2T TOKENS (“T2T” PURSUANT TO TRACETO.IO TERMS OF SALE AND USE DATED JUNE 2018 (“THE AGREEMENT”)(“BUYBACK OFFER NOTICE”)

 

1. This letter relates to the T2T which you purchased from Traceto.io Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201725290K) a private limited company registered in Singapore, of 36 Armenian Street, #05-11, Singapore 179934 (the “Company” or “us”). The Company is proposing to buyback T2T during the offer period of 16 November 2019 to 30 November 2019 (“Offer Period”).

 

2. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Company hereby offers to buyback [                       ] T2T (the “Total T2T”) from you at 0.00001688ETH per T2T (“Buyback Price” and “Buyback Offer” respectively).

 

3. The calculation of the Buyback Price is set out below for your information:

TP1 = The price of T2T at 9.00am as at 15 November 2019 on Gibraltar Blockchain Exchange  

 

 

4. Based on the number of units of T2T set out in paragraph (2) above, the Company will pay you the total sum of [                  ] ETH (the “Total Sum”)

5. If you wish to accept this Buyback Offer, you are required to complete and sign the Acceptance Portion at the bottom of this Notice (“the Acceptance”) and return the signed Acceptance to us by post/email to the Company’s address/email address at tokenbuyback@traceto.io before 5:00pm on 30 November 2019 (the “Expiration of Buyback Offer Date”).

6. Please note that if you wish to accept this Buyback Offer, you must return the completed and signed Acceptance to us at our address indicated in paragraph (7) below within the Offer Period and in any event before the Expiration of Buyback Offer Date, failing which this Buyback Offer will lapse.

8. You will also need to transfer the Total T2T from your ETH wallet address to the Company’s ETH wallet address at 0x146f2fba9eba1b72d5162a56e3e5da6c0f4808cc ​(the "Company's Wallet") ​by 5pm, 15 December 2019. ​After receipt of the said T2T ​in the Company's Wallet, the Company shall remit the Total Sum by 17 December 2019 to your ETH wallet address as you designate in the Acceptance below.

 

 

ACCEPTANCE
